I have been invited to read at the Port Townsend Writers’ Conference in Port Townsend, Washington on July 17th, 2008. In addition to my reading, I will also be teaching a workshop in nonfiction. Held at Fort Warden State Park, the conference has been one of the most influential and significant of its kind in the last thirty years. I will read from my memoir, The Enders Hotel, as well as some work from my forthcoming book.
